The current situation shows that quality conductor still does not meet thecompany's standards. This can be seen from production output data for period June 2021 –November where percentage ofaluminum product faiuresexceeds set target 1.50%. purpose research to implement lean improve using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) VSM (Value Stream Mapping) methods. expected result increase quality.
